OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
Phantom Prize Drawing is open to all participants (donors) in the Phantom UnGala fundraising effort. Employees of Virginia Opera Association, Inc., and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the drawing. Phantom UnGala participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations. One (1) entry per person.
Winner will be randomly selected on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 from all the eligible entries received by drawing date. Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. The odds of being selected will be determined by the number of eligible entries by drawing date. Drawing will be administered by Virginia Opera, and the decision regarding the Drawing winner is final and binding.
Winner will receive an 18k white gold and diamond necklace, retail value $8,500. The reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred by the entrant as a result winning the drawing and any prize won are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
Prize winner shall consent to having their photo taken for publicity or general information purposes, including publication on the Virginia Opera website or other media.
